For those who were vying for a playoff spot, Week 14 was frustrating, aggravating, and downright disappointing. Justin Herbert is out for the season. Tyreek Hill was in and out of the game. Mike Evans was terrible. Tua had a down week. Jalen Hurts had a down week. Josh Jacobs was unhelpful. Stefon Diggs didn't live up to expectations. Ja'Marr Chase flopped. But you aren't going to bench the guys that got you this far. Let's take a look at how last week's flops, fared this week.

  • Devin Singletary was deemed Untrustworthy and it looked like he would be a back-to-back flop. However, he found the end zone to give him double digits on the day, 12.5 points.
  • Calvin Ridley was a Bench last week and he was underwhelming again this week. Despite Trevor Lawrence throwing for 257 yards, Ridley only saw 53 of those yards for 9.30 points. Not a terrible day but didn't help you make the playoffs.
  • We viewed the Jaguars as Untrustworthy but thought they might have a chance against a struggling Cleveland offense. Joe Flacco proved tricky business, though, as he put 31 points on Jacksonville. Three turnovers did net the Jaguars 6 Fantasy points.
  • Jahmyr Gibbs was predicted to bounce back against the Bears defense who he tortured just a few weeks ago. Though the Bears defense tortured Detroit all day long, Gibbs found the endzone again and indeed bounced back to the tune of 17.20 points.

You aren't going to bench your studs because they had a tough Week 14 as you head into the Fantasy Playoffs next week. But the marginal players who have had mixed results will be tough decisions because patience is over, you'll need double digits from all players starting next week.
