35. Jerome Ford, Cleveland Browns

Age: 24
2023 rank: 19
Projected offensive line rank: 6
Quarterback: DeShaun Watson, Jameis Winston

Nick Chubb is back to take control of the Cleveland backfield but at 28, it will be hard to tell how well he can recover from the torn MCL he suffered in just his second game of 2023. Ford was fantastic in his absence but if Chubb is able to return to a full workload, the 24-year-old will be severely limited to primarily pass-catching duties. The uncertainty surrounding Chubb still merits consideration of Ford but a down year is to be expected.

34. Devin Singletary, New York Giant

Age: 26
2023 rank: 28
Projected offensive line rank: 29
Quarterback: Daniel Jones, Drew Lock

It is hard to see where Singletary — who may be the worst starting running back in fantasy — will succeed in 2024. After four seasons with Buffalo, Singletary had a career year with Houston in 2023 that amounted to just 898 rushing yards while splitting carries with Dameon Pierce. The grass isn't much greener in New York, whose offensive line appears bleak beyond Andrew Thomas and second-year center John Michael Schmitz.

33. Javonte Williams, Denver Broncos

Age: 24
2023 rank: 32
Projected offensive line rank: 20
Quarterback: Bo Nix, Zach Wilson

It is never a good sign when rumors emerge that a former second-round pick could be on the roster bubble but that appears to be the case for Williams as he enters his fourth year with the team. Still just 24, Williams could only muster 774 yards in 2023 despite appearing in all but one game as he gradually lost carries to Jaleel McLaughlin. As all signs point to Denver beginning a painful rebuild, Williams is on thin ice with the team bringing in veteran Samaje Perine during the offseason to increase competition.

32. Austin Ekeler, Washington Commanders

Age: 29
2023 rank: 31
Projected offensive line rank: 28
Quarterback: Jayden Daniels, Marcus Mariota

Ekeler has historically been a fantasy hero but in his age-29 season, the veteran will experience a change of scenery as he joins just his second team in eight years. While his pass-catching prowess makes him a continuous threat in PPR leagues, Ekeler is expected to cede many early down duties to Brian Robinson Jr. with much of his burst now gone. Behind a shaky offensive line, the injury risk is always prevalent.

31. Zack Moss, Cincinnati Bengals

Age: 26
2023 rank: 27
Projected offensive line rank: 16
Quarterback: Joe Burrow, Jake Browning

Following a successful 2023 season in which he admirably relieved a hobbled Jonathan Taylor, Moss was brought in by Cincinnati to fill the void left behind by Joe Mixon. While he will never match the production of the two aforementioned stars, Moss should receive desirable volume with his new team so long as he can hold off emerging second-year back Chase Brown. Moss' usage could be heightened early in the season as Joe Burrow looks to ease his way back from wrist surgery.
