In the final year of the Pac-12's existence, the Washington Huskies have made a great push as potential contenders for a College Football Playoff spot, and they have the talent to do it.

There are a number of key players to watch when you turn on a Huskies game, with the leader being Michael Penix Jr. the quarterback who has lit up the college football world. Seeing how he is going to perform in a tough environment on the road will be interesting to watch as he looks to increase his draft stock.

Penix Jr. is an older quarterback, so his draft potential gets hurt compared to some of his peers, but if the guy can play he can play, and this game is important for his potential. His receivers are not too shabby either, and may be the real prizes here.

Keep an eye on these two receivers, Rome Odunze and Jalen McMillan, both are dynamic playmakers and could catch the eyes of some NFL squads. Odunze has 14 catches, 239 yards, and two touchdowns on the season, while McMillan has 16 catches for 215 yards and three touchdowns. Odunze could be someone taken in the second-round range in your upcoming draft.

Both guys have been performing, both had over 100 yards against Tulsa so expect them to raise the bar again. Penix Jr. should do a good job of making these players look good, and vice versa, so if they keep it up make sure to keep them on your draft boards in some capacity if you are in the market for young receiving depth in the near future.
