3 sleepers at quarterback for fantasy football in Week 13

Kenny Pickett finally had a breakout game last week and the change at offensive coordinator clearly helped. The Steelers had fired Matt Canada before their game against the Bengals and Pickett had a season-high 278 passing yards.

He still didn't find the end zone and it is now the third straight game without a passing touchdown and he has only one over the past six games. However, there was enough positives that Pickett could be an option for teams looking for a quarterback this week.

The Arizona Cardinals are coming off a game against the Los Angeles Rams where Matthew Stafford threw four touchdown passes. The Steelers should be able to move the ball against this defense and Pickett has a great chance to finally find the end zone.
