The 2023 season is quickly coming to an end and in the next few weeks, playoffs are going to be starting in most fantasy football leagues. Hopefully, your team is in a position to be thinking about playoffs this year and if that is the case, it is important to start looking at schedules and getting an idea of who to start.

For any fantasy football teams with these quarterbacks, it might be good to think about other options as they are not great starts this year.

Tua Tagovailoa

vs. New York Jets (Week 15), vs. Dallas Cowboys (Week 16), at Baltimore Ravens (Week 17)

Tua Tagovailoa started the 2023 year off really well with eight passing touchdowns and only two interceptions in the first three weeks. He had a three touchdown game against the Chargers in Week 1 and then had the monster four touchdown game against the Broncos where the Dolphins scored 70 points.

However, since that start Tagovailoa has been pretty average with six of the past eight games having fewer than three touchdowns. The problem is that the turnovers have significantly increased with 11 turnovers during that stretch (eight interceptions, three fumbles lost).

The playoff schedule is very tough for Tagovailoa with the Jets in Week 15 (who he just had one touchdown, two interceptions against in Week 12), the Cowboys and then the Ravens who rank in the Top 10 in interceptions.
