This week for fantasy football is interesting for running back with some of the top scorers on bye this week like Raheem Mostert and D'Andre Swift. Meanwhile, some of the other top running backs, like Christian McCaffrey and Austin Ekeler, face some tough matchups in games against the Jacksonville Jaguars and Detroit Lions respectively.

While no one should be benching McCaffrey or Ekeler in Week 10, these are four running backs they may want to avoid.

Josh Jacobs (vs. New York Jets)

The first one may be a surprise as Josh Jacobs is coming off the best game of the season with 26 rushing attempts, 98 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns. The coaching change made prior to Week 9 gave the Raiders the spark they needed to win easily against the New York Giants.

However, this is a week that might be worth avoiding the NFL's leading rusher last season in a game against the New York Jets. This is one of the top defenses in the NFL and last week were able to contain Austin Ekeler pretty well as he had only 47 rushing yards on 14 carries. The thing that saved his week was finding the end zone twice.

It is certainly possible that Josh Jacobs could find the end zone once or twice but it might be worth going into this week with cautious optimism since Jacobs is probably going to be New York's primary focus.
