Miles Sanders

In his final season with the Eagles, Miles Sanders was one of the best running backs in the NFL as he had over 1,200 rushing yards and 11 rushing touchdowns. He would leave in free agency and join the Panthers in another situation where the offense was expected to be better.

The Panthers had a new head coach in Frank Reich and used the first overall pick on Bryce Young. However, the offense was a mess and Sanders was essentially a non-factor for almost the entire season.

He would finish the year with only one touchdown, which was back in Week 3, and did not break 75 rushing yards in a single game all year. Based on his contract, it seems unlikely the Panthers will release him and a new coaching staff might be able to help him get back on track.

Sanders will be in a similar camp to Pierce in that he could have potential depending on other running backs on the roster but he is a player that probably just has to be watched on the waiver wire.
