Caleb Williams is one of the most touted college prospects that we have seen in recent memory. The former Oklahoma and now Heisman-winning USC quarterback is expected to be the number one overall pick in next year's NFL Draft, as well as your dynasty draft where your tanking dreams may become reality.

However, Williams threw a wrench in your plans by saying that his decision to declare will be "in the moment" he did say his original dream was to be a three-year quarterback and then enter the draft, but the team that holds the number one overall pick may be the deciding factor in whether or not WIlliams stays at USC with Lincoln Riley.

The team that is expected to secure the prize as the worst team in the league is the Arizona Cardinals, a team that has seen struggles, injury, and general lack of success from fellow former Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray. There was also an NFLPA report a while back that had the Cardinals rated as one of the worst franchises in the league when it came to just about every category.

For Williams, a player who is looking to have a successful career and be the next great quarterback in the NFL, Arizona at the moment is not the place that most players, especially Heisman Trophy-winning players, want to go.

So, if your team is unfortunately projected to finish last, or if you can trade into the top spot of your league's rookie draft, how should you play this situation with the potential generational quarterback?
