Matchups are key for wide receivers in fantasy football and while some defenses may statistically be great against the pass, there are matchups that can be exploited. That is the case this week and these are four wide receivers that might be borderline starters for fantasy football but have great matchups that set them up to have big weeks.

Curtis Samuel (vs. Miami Dolphins)

The Miami Dolphins have two great wide receivers who are must-starts and this game on paper looks to be a mismatch. However, for the Commanders this means they might have to throw a lot, like they did on Thanksgiving against the Dallas Cowboys.

One player who should benefit from that is Curtis Samuel who just had 100 receiving yards and nine receptions in that game against the Cowboys. The Dolphins have done a good job defending on the outside with the return of Jalen Ramsey alongside Xavien Howard.

Where they struggle is defending the slot and this should be another week where Sam Howell leans on Curtis Samuel and he should be in line for a good game in fantasy football.
