Josh Downs (vs. Tennessee Titans)

The Titans defense is allowing the sixth most points to wide receivers this season and have allowed 10 receiving touchdowns on the season. The Colts are fighting for a playoff spot and without Jonathan Taylor, they may look to Gardner Minshew to throw a little bit more.

While Michael Pittman will certainly benefit, this week could be a good matchup for rookie Josh Downs. In fact, the last time Downs played the Titans he had one of the best games of his early career with six receptions for 97 yards.

This past week, Downs had only five receptions for 43 yards against the Bucs but had 13 targets and was a big part of the Colts offense. That should be the case once again and he is a player who is worth starting with high upside.
