Fantasy Football: 4 best sleepers at wide receiver for Week 13
Marvin Mims Jr. (vs. Houston Texans)
For most of the season, fantasy football managers have been begging Sean Payton and the Denver Broncos to get Marvim Mims Jr. more involved in the offense. When he has gotten opportunities, he has made an impact like his 113 receiving yard game in Week 2 or in Week 3 when he had a season high five targets and caught three for 73 yards.
Over the past three weeks, Mims has quietly seen his snap count increase as he played 52 offensive snaps in Week 9, 31 in Week 11, and 32 in Week 12. The past two weeks, Mims has gotten three targets each game which is notable since he had four total in the previous five games.
Meanwhile, the Texans secondary is trending in the wrong direction defending wide receivers and in the past four weeks are allowing the 10th most fantasy points to wide receivers. This is a little bit of a risk but it feels like this is the week the rookie finally gets back on the fantasy football radar.
