C.J. Stroud was the second quarterback selected in the 2023 NFL Draft but easily looks like the best in this class after the rookie season. The Houston Texans quarterback would set rookie records with his 470 yards, five touchdown performance in Week 9 against the Tampa Bay Bucs.

As expected with a rookie quarterback, he was a little inconsistent down the stretch with only four touchdowns in his final four games however one of those games he did leave early with a concussion in Week 14 against the Jets.

Based on what Stroud showed, he is easily a Top 5 quarterback for dynasty football. However, in redraft leagues he should be one of the Top 10 quarterbacks drafted in redraft leagues.
