Najee Harris (Pittsburgh Steelers)

Kenny Pickett isn't the only Pittsburgh Steelers player who struggled in Week 11 as running back Najee Harris also failed to be very productive. The former first round pick had only 35 rushing yards on 12 carries for an average of 2.9 yards per attempt.

The problem is that the Steelers have a running back who has been very productive as Jaylen Warren continues to make an impact with fewer opportunities. He finished the game with over 120 rushing yards on nine carries and found the end zone. Warren also had three receptions in this game for 16 receiving yards.

While the coaching staff has been hesitant to make a change in the backfield, at some point the Steelers have to give Warren more opportunities. They are 6-4 at the season and still very much in the playoff hunt and Warren gives them the best chance to remain in that discussion.
