5.) Christian McCaffrey

After McCaffrey was ruled out heading into Week 18 for the San Francisco 49ers, he finished the season averaging about 25 points a game and as the number one running back in fantasy. He had just four games this season between 10-20 points and 4 games with 30+ points this season.

The biggest advantage that fantasy owners had was his health, where he stayed healthy before suffering an injury against the Washington Commanders that kept him out of the game.

The 49ers may not have a ton of changes coming their way going into next year and McCaffrey proved that when he is healthy, he is the best player on the field and it is not close. While it would still be a big risk to take a running back with the first pick, no one is going to sit there and say that they would not want McCaffrey on their fantasy team.
