Fantasy Football: 5 players that are worth dropping before Week 8
DeAndre Hopkins
DeAndre Hopkins made the surprising decision to join the Tennessee Titans after teams like the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs had shown interest. He gave managers some hope early with seven receptions and 65 yards in the first week of the season.
However, outside of a eight reception for 140 yard game, Hopkins hasn't really been able to produce much. He has yet to find the end zone and while he is seeing a good amount of targets, most aren't catchable as he has a catch rate of only 57.4%.
The quarterback situation isn't going to get any better for Hopkins as Ryan Tannehill looks like he might miss this week against the Atlanta Falcons. Head coach Mike Vrabel said that if Tannehill does miss time, then he will look to have both Malik Willis and Will Levis play.
The best hope for DeAndre Hopkins this season would be if the Titans elect to trade him but that isn't worth holding him on your roster.
