On Wednesday, the Cleveland Browns announced that Deshaun Watson would miss the remainder of the season due to a shoulder injury he suffered against the Baltimore Ravens. This is a big loss for the Browns, who had their biggest win of the season, and looked like a threat in the AFC.

As for fantasy football, Watson was a borderline QB1 but had some decent games when on the field. However, he missed a lot due to injuries so he may not have been a starter in most leagues. For fantasy football managers who had Watson, these are five quarterbacks that might be available that would be good replacements.

Joshua Dobbs

Let's start with the quarterback who has probably been talked about the most over the past few weeks outside of C.J. Stroud who is Joshua Dobbs. The Vikings lost Kirk Cousins for the season due to an Achilles injury and would make a trade right before the deadline for Joshua Dobbs.

He had only a few practices before he was put into the game due to Jaren Hall suffering a concussion and Dobbs responded with an excellent game with three total touchdowns. Dobbs once again would have a good game against the Saints with 268 passing yards and two total touchdowns.

The Vikings starting quarterback is expected to get Justin Jefferson back soon which will only help him. In addition, he has four straight games with a rushing touchdown dating back to his time with the Cardinals. Dobbs has likely been picked up already in most leagues but if not, then he is probably the best option.
