Even with only two teams on bye in Week 14, there are going to be challenges this week at the quarterback position for fantasy football managers. There are quarterbacks who would be starters, like Geno Smith, Derek Carr, and Trevor Lawrence, who are big question marks about whether they will be playing.

This is on top of the long list of quarterbacks who have been out for a while now like Joe Burrow, Deshaun Watson, and Kirk Cousins. These are five quarterbacks that probably are going to be starters this week but could underperform in Week 14.

Jake Browning (vs. Indianapolis Colts)

Jake Browning had a great performance on Monday night against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He did his best Joe Burrow impersonation by completing 32 of 37 passes for 354 passing yards and one touchdown.

He was a popular waiver wire target this week and some might be ready to get him in the lineup believing he has another performance like that this week against the Colts. However, the Colts have been really good against quarterbacks recently, allowing only three passing touchdowns along with three interceptions over the past four weeks.

It is very possible that Browning continues his great play because he has very talented players around him and an excellent play-caller. This week it might be worth waiting and looking at another option.
