James Cook (vs. Philadelphia Eagles)

The next running back is a former teammate of Devin Singletary in James Cook. The Bills would not bring back Singletary this past offseason due in large part to the presence of Cook and the belief that he can be the lead back.

The former second round pick has validated that belief for the most part this season with five games this season with over 100 yards from scrimmage. He has been able to do that the past two weeks and found the end zone once.

Unfortunately, this is a week where the Bills probably lean more on Josh Allen and the passing game against a very good Eagles defensive front. The Eagles have not given much up on the ground this season and this week is going to be tough for Cook to find room. I would keep the Bills running back on the bench unless there are no better options.
