Fantasy Football News: Tennessee Titans name Will Levis starting quarterback moving forward
Based on the past two weeks, it seemed pretty obvious that the Tennessee Titans were going to stick with Will Levis as their starting quarterback. According to Dianna Russini with The Athletic, Mike Vrabel confirmed that Levis was taking over as the starter in place of Ryan Tannehill.
Levis had a historic fall during the 2023 NFL Draft as he was considered a Top 10 pick but would have to wait until Round 2 to hear his name called. The Titans would stop that fall even though they drafted Malik Willis in the third round in the NFL Draft the prior year.
Will Levis made his first career start in Week 8 against the Atlanta Falcons and would throw four touchdown passes. He would get his second start four days later against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night.
While the stats weren't as good, Will Levis certainly played well in a tough enviornment against a good defense.
This week is a much better matchup against a Bucs defense that is allowing the second most passing yards per game. Will Levis is a Top 12 option this week and should be started in most fantasy football leagues.
