Geno Smith (vs. Washington Commanders)

Geno Smith has not been as effective this season as he was last year as he has thrown a touchdown on only 3.6% of his passes while throwing an interception on 2.8% which is heading in the wrong direction compared to 2022 when he had a touchdown on 5.2% of his passes and interceptions on 1.9%.

Last week, Smith had probably the worst game of the season completing only 13 of 28 passes for 157 yards with no touchdowns and one interception. However, it was against a Baltimore Ravens defense that has been shutting down pretty much every quarterback they have faced this season.

However, this week he has a much more favorable matchup against the Washington Commanders, who have allowed the second most passing touchdowns this season at 19. The Seahawks probably still try to lean on their run game but Smith is more efficient and helps his fantasy football score this week with a few touchdown passes.
