Fantasy Football: 3 sleepers at quarterback for Week 14
Gardner Minshew (vs. Cincinnati Bengals)
Gardner Minshew has been fairly inconsistent but bounced back last week against the Tennessee Titans with 312 passing yards and two touchdowns. In eight starts this season for the Colts, he has thrown for over 300 passing yards in three of those games and had two or more touchdowns in three games as well.
However, he also has had three games with no touchdown passes and fewer than 150 passing yards. Prior to the game agaisnt the Titans, Minshew had no passing touchdowns and two interceptions in the previous two weeks.
This week, the Colts are playing a Bengals defense that has allowed five passing touchdowns over the previous four weeks and an average of 304 passing yards per game during that stretch. As the Colts fight for a playoff spot without Jonathan Taylor, expect Minshew to be asked to throw it more and this could be a good week to start him in fantasy football.
