Tyreek Hill has been the best wide receiver in fantasy football this year with 106 receptions, 1,641 receiving yards and 12 receiving touchdowns. He leads the league in receiving yards per game at 117.2 yards.

However, Hill has struggled a bit late in the season due to an ankle injury. He would be inactive in Week 15 due to an ankle injury suffered the week prior against the Tennessee Titans. The All-Pro wide receiver returned last week against Dallas to catch nine of 14 targets for 99 yards.

The ankle injury though could once again be an issue as he left the game against the Ravens after landing awkwardly after attempting to catch a pass on 3rd and 10. He did not return on the next drive and the Dolphins had a wide receiver group of Cedrick Wilson, Braxton Berrios, and River Cracaft.

If Hill does not return, he would finish the day with three receptions for 53 yards but could have been much better. Earlier in the game, Hill dropped what should have been an easy touchdown.

Miami Dolphins already missing a number of players in Week 17

The absence of Tyreek Hill would be a big loss for the Dolphins but even more so as they entered this game missing a number of other starters. The Dolphins ruled out Jaylen Waddle earlier in the week due to a high-ankle sprain and then had Raheem Mostert inactive today after he wasn't able to practice all week.

De'Von Achane has been able to step up with over 100 yards from scrimmage in the first half but it could be tough for Tua Tagovailoa to make anything happen against a good Baltimore Ravens defense. The Dolphins currently are down 28-13 at halftime and Tagovailoa will need to throw more in the second half if Miami hopes to come back.
