Isaiah Likely, TE, Baltimore Ravens

Likely had four receptions for 40 yards (on six targets) in Week 12 against the Los Angeles Chargers, as he became the Ravens' No.1 tight end in place of the injured Mark Andrews. A very favorable matchup brought hopes for a bigger game, but Likely showed some of the skills that make him an intriguing talent with a bigger role.

As mentioned with Mitchell, the Ravens have their bye in Week 13. But three of Baltimore's four opponents from Week 14-17 (Los Angeles-Rams-Week 14, Jacksonville Jaguars-Week 15, Miami Dolphins-Week 17) entered Week 12 in bottom half of the league against tight ends in 0.5-point PPR.

After the expected spike in his ownership rates last week, Likely is still one of the top tight ends available off the waiver wire this week. He's well worth checking on, even if it's to stash him in Week 13 before starting him after.
