Week 13 of the NFL schedule will wrapup with the Monday night game between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Cincinnati Bengals. So it's truly on to Week 14, the final week of the regular season in many leagues, for fantasy football owners. Two teams (Washington Commanders and Arizona Cardinals) are on bye in Week 14.

Here is the Week 14 edition of "playing the waiver wire."

Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: Who's most worth adding in Week 14?

Tyjae Spears, RB, Tennessee Titans

Derrick Henry left Week 13 against the Indianapolis Colts after appearing to take a hit to the head. Spears stepped in capably, with 16 carries for 75 yards and four catches on six targets) for 13 yards. It's easy to think Henry was instantly in the NFL's concussion protocol, but Titans' head coach Mike Vrabel said otherwise on Monday.

Even if Henry does not miss any time, the Titans are 4-8 and should already be in evaluation mode for 2024. Their next four games are also against teams with winning records (Dolphins, Texans, Seahawks, Texans again), so the prospect of negative game scripts would favor Spears over Henry.

Spears has been one of the top handcuffs in fantasy this year, with a notable standalone role in many games. He won't get 20 touches in a game if Henry is available, but 10-15 touches is in play if the Titans are trailing in games as Henry likely plays his final games in a Titans' uniform.

Even with the positive news on Henry's health, Spears is still a top waiver wire add for Week 14.
