Fantasy Football: Week 12 Start/Sit for Thanksgiving games
Wide Receiver
Start: CeeDee Lamb (vs. Washington Commanders)
Along with Dak Prescott being one of the best quarterbacks over the past few weeks, CeeDee Lamb has been one of the best wide receivers for fantasy football. Prescott has been looking Lamb's way early and often with four straight games over 100 yards from Week 6 to Week 10.
Last week against the Panthers, Lamb only had 38 receiving yards but had six receptions on nine targets and still found the end zone. This was due in large part to the Cowboys building a big lead early and the offense not needing to do much against the Panthers. That could be the case again this week but I think Lamb makes some big plays before that happens.
Sit: Deebo Samuel (vs. Seattle Seahawks)
Since Deebo Samuel returned from injury after the bye in Week 10, the 49ers offense as a whole has looked much better. However, Samuel hasn't been much of a factor and been more of a role player.
In the last two games, he has seven receptions and only 93 receiving yards with 28 rushing yards. The Seahawks have some good cornerbacks that have had success shutting down opposing wide receivers. Based on recent games, and knowing the matchup, Samuel is one that should be kept on the bench.
