On Friday, the Las Vegas Raiders announced that Josh Jacobs would not play in Week 18 against the Denver Broncos. The former Pro Bowl running back has missed the previous three games due to a quad injury and his 2023 season will officially come to a close.

While the Raiders won't have Jacobs, Zamir White has done a good job replacing him in this offense. In the last three games, he has averaged 19.6 rushing attempts and 95 rushing yards per game. He has been the team's primary running back with Ameer Abdullah seeing some of the work out of the backfield, primarily as a receiving back.

Zamir White has a great matchup in Week 18 that makes him a Top 10 running back for fantasy football

While the Raiders might not have anything to play for in terms of playoff contention, this is a great matchup for Zamir White to make an impact in fantasy football. For any league that is running through Sunday, White should be viewed as a Top 10 option.

The former Georgia Bulldogs running back has seen close to 20 carries per game and is playing a Denver Broncos defense that has been awful against the run. This season, they are allowing the second most rushing yards per game at 137.6 yards.

They also are allowing the most yards per rushing attempt at five yards, which is 0.3 yards per carry more than the second worst team. The Broncos are better in terms of keeping running backs out of the end zone but have still given up 14 on the season.

This is a great opportunity for Zamir White and he should have a great game this week to close out the 2023 season for the Las Vegas Raiders.
