11) C.J. Stroud (vs. Tampa Bay)
12)Geno Smith (at Baltimore)
13)Deshaun Watson (vs. Arizona)
14) Mac Jones (vs. Washington)
15) Daniel Jones (at Las Vegas)
16) Gardner Minshew (at Carolina)

For this next group, the options aren't great but there is still some potential value here. The one player that stands out is Deshaun Watson against an Arizona Cardinals defense that has not played well but is coming off a game where they limited Lamar Jackson.

Watson hasn't played a full game since Week 3, which was his best game of the season with 289 passing yards and two touchdowns. However, a shoulder injury has limited him and he did return in Week 7 but left quickly after only five pass attempts.

This is the biggest concern with Watson if he does return but doesn't finish the game and has the highest ceiling but the lowest floor. The good news is that he is practicing and has given him a chance to play this week.

The other player in this group to take note of is Mac Jones, as he has now had back-to-back games with two passing touchdowns and is facing a Washington Commanders defense that is near the bottom against the pass. When considering they also just traded Montez Sweat and Chase Young, Mac Jones might be one of the safer options in this group.
