2. Anthony Richardson (Indianapolis Colts)

Anthony Richardson was considered the quarterback with the highest ceiling but was also the prospect who was the most raw. He had the physical tools but didn't have much experience in the college level.

That didn't stop Anthony Richardson from being named the starter to begin the season but was also playing very well by making plays on the ground. In the first three games, Richardson had four rushing touchdowns with over 125 rushing yards.

He also was effective throwing the ball with three passing touchdowns and almost 500 passing yards. Unfortunately, Richardson's season was cut short due to a shoulder injury but should return in 2024 and when he does he is already a Top 12 quarterback for dynasty fantasy football based on what was a small sample size.
