Sam Howell, Will Levis among QBs to target on the waiver wire for Week 9

Derek Carr had a very slow start to the season with only one game over 300 passing yards in his first four games. During that stretch he also had only two passing touchdowns and two interceptions.

However, the return of Alvin Kamara has helped turn the offense around and Carr has been playing very well recently. Over the last four games, he is averaging 286 passing yards per game with six passing touchdowns and only two interceptions.

In Week 9, the New Orleans Saints have a home game against the Chicago Bears that should give Carr a great chance at a Top 10 finish. After Sam Howell, this is probably the quarterback I would target on the waiver wire this week.
