The primetime game between the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs has plenty of headlines as Tyreek Hill returns to Arrowhead Stadium. However, there may not be a bigger storyline than the weather for Saturday night's game and will almost certainly have an impact.

According to Accuweather, the temperature around kickoff will be -4° with a RealFeel of -29°. Around the time it should be in the fourth quarter, around 10 PM local time, the forecast is calling for it to be -6° with the same RealFeel temperature of -29°.

Even for the Kansas City Chiefs, this is something that is tough to prepare for even though they are the home team. These types of temperatures are a rarity for NFL games and in fact, there are only eight games in the history of the league that had temperatures at or below 0 degrees.

Can any players be trusted for daily fantasy on Saturday night?

These types of temperatures are going to impact the game certainly and will definitely limit scoring. One potential issue will be kicking as the footballs are not going to fly as easily in these types of conditions so for any DFS lineups with kickers, it would make sense to steer clear of both in this game.

Similar to kicking, it is going to be tougher to throw the ball so both teams are likely to utilize shorter passes and try to pick up yards after the catch. This could benefit players like Travis Kelce, who was expected to be a big part of the game, but maybe someone like Rashee Rice, or even Jerick McKinnon is a bigger part of the Chiefs offense.

For the Dolphins, it could be a similar game plan by leveraging shorter passes so Tyreek Hill may not have those big pass plays but can definitely make an impact with run after the catch. While Raheem Mostert should be back for this game, De'Von Achane could see 5+ receptions on Saturday night.

There is no question that the weather will have an impact and this will be one that won't be forgotten.
