4 running backs to avoid in fantasy football for Week 10
Chuba Hubbard (vs. Chicago Bears)
The Thursday night matchup between the Carolina Panthers and Chicago Bears is probably not going to be a great football game. These two teams have combined for only three wins on the season and the Bears will be playing more to lower the Panthers' first round pick in 2024 (which they acquired in a trade last offseason).
One of the positives over the past few weeks for the Panthers has been the play of running back Chuba Hubbard. He has emerged as the clear top running back in this offense and has had 15 or more carries in three straight games, averaged 58 rushing yards per game and has one touchdown.
He should get plenty of carries on Thursday night but the problem is that the Chicago Bears have done a great job against the run this year. They are allowing the fourth fewest rushing yards per game at 79.7 and the fifth fewest rushing touchdowns at only four.
It would not be surprising to see both teams to put points on the scoreboard in this game and this is a week to avoid Chuba Hubbard.
